For snowmobile rentals, a deposit of 500 euros per vehicle will be charged before the start of the activity. This deposit will be charged by Visa card and will be returned at the end of the excursion except in the following cases:

1-The snowmobile has suffered some kind of damage during the rental. 2-The driver has committed some kind of infraction or conflict that may be sanctioned by the competent authorities.

In any of these cases, the deposit will be retained until the total cost derived from the reason for which it has been retained is known. If the cost is less than the retained deposit, the remaining part will be returned. If the retained deposit is less than the total cost derived from the reason for which it has been retained, the remaining part may be claimed until the entire cost is covered.

Starting from Pla de Beret, you will enjoy 2 and a half hours of escape through the most beautiful landscapes. During the excursion we will stop in Montgarri for lunch and return to Pla de Beret at around 3:30 p.m.

This excursion is suitable for everyone, but it is recommended to come with an adventurous spirit, since not all the paths we take are easily accessible. Choose whether you want to go on a single or two-seater snowmobile and we will teach you how to drive it.

The tours are always guided. Your guide will give you the necessary instructions on how to drive a snowmobile and will accompany you throughout the tour. Our snowmobiles are Polaris or Yamaha and are very easy to drive.

Can I do this activity? At Montgarri Outdoor we believe that our clients are aware that they are booking an outdoor adventure activity in the mountains. To carry out these activities, Montgarri Outdoor expects our clients to be informed of the typical weather conditions in high mountains, with temperatures often below zero degrees Celsius, poor visibility and exposure to setbacks and adversities. That is why we do not recommend our excursions to babies under 3 years old, pregnant women, people with back or heart problems. To be able to drive a snowmobile you must be over 18 years old.

What time does the activity take place? This activity takes place every day at 10:30 a.m. and ends at around 3:00 p.m., snow conditions permitting.

During holiday periods and high occupancy, it is advisable to leave with enough time to avoid delays caused by traffic jams. If there is snow on the road, it is essential to bring chains or snow tyres to access the meeting point. If you arrive late or are unable to access Pla de Beret by your own means, Montgarri Outdoor will not refund the deposit.

How long does the excursion last? The duration of the excursion is approximately 2:30 hours. You must also add time to enjoy an exquisite meal at the Amics de Montgarri refuge. At around 3:30 pm we will have finished our safari.

How can I book? You can make your reservation through this website, or by phone by calling +34 616 772 105. We have few places and there are many of you who want to book, especially during the holidays. For this reason, it is advisable to book in advance.

What do I receive when I make a reservation? When you make your reservation and make the payment online, you will receive a ticket (or voucher) that you must present at our cabin on the day you do the activity.

What should I bring on the day of my activity? You must bring the activity ticket (you can print it or carry it on your mobile phone). To practice our activities, it is necessary to use mountain or ski equipment (anorak, waterproof pants, gloves, hat, sunglasses, etc.).

What is included and what is not included in this activity? The price includes: • Snowmobile excursion. • Snowmobile guide. • Helmet. • Accident and liability insurance. • VAT.

The price does NOT include: • Menus and drinks at the Amics de Montgarri refuge restaurant.

Cancellation fees: Bank holidays, weekends, public holidays and high season: – Less than 48 hours notice: 100% penalty. – 72 hours notice: 50% penalty.

The rest of the season, from Monday to Friday: – 24 hours notice: 100% penalty. – 48 hours notice: 50% penalty. – 72 hours notice: 25% penalty.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad? All activities are carried out as normal throughout the year, regardless of rain or snow. If due to extreme conditions (for example, heavy snowfall) Montgarri Outdoor has to cancel the excursion, an alternative date or immediate refund of the payment made will be offered.

What happens if I or a companion falls ill on the day of the activity? If you fall ill on the day of the activity, you must present a medical certificate with which we will try to reschedule your activity or refund the amount paid in advance. If a minor falls ill, the cost of the activity for the minor and an accompanying adult will be refunded. In the case of groups, the person who is ill and their companion will be reimbursed; the rest of the group will carry out the activity as normal.

Data protection In accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations, GDPR and LOPDGDD, the personal data provided by the client will be processed under the responsibility of MONTGARRI OUTDOOR SL for a legitimate interest and for sending communications about our products and services, and will be kept as long as neither party objects to it and will not be transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation.
