After crossing the river, we will go through the Pla de Beret until we reach the Dossau forest. Our mushers will tell you the secrets of the sled dogs and, if you want, they can give you their names. With family or as a couple, these are the options to enjoy mushing for about twenty minutes. This excursion takes place in the mornings and, on some days, in the afternoons.
Can I do this activity? At Montgarri Outdoor we believe that our clients are aware that they are booking an outdoor adventure activity in the mountains. In order to carry out our activities, Montgarri Outdoor expects our clients to be informed of the typical weather conditions in high mountains, with temperatures often below zero degrees Celsius, poor visibility and exposure to setbacks and adversities. That is why we do not recommend our excursions to babies under 3 years old, pregnant women, and people with back or heart problems.
What time does the activity take place? As long as snow conditions allow, this activity takes place in the mornings and, on some days, in the afternoons at the following times: • 3:00 p.m. • 3:30 p.m.
During holiday periods and high occupancy, it is advisable to leave with enough time to avoid delays caused by traffic jams. If there is snow on the road, it is essential to bring chains or snow tyres to access the meeting point. If you arrive late or are unable to access Pla de Beret by your own means, Montgarri Outdoor will not refund the deposit.
