Cancellation fees: Bank holidays, weekends, public holidays and high season: – Less than 48 hours notice: 100% penalty. – 72 hours notice: 50% penalty.
The rest of the season, from Monday to Friday: – 24 hours notice: 100% penalty. – 48 hours notice: 50% penalty. – 72 hours notice: 25% penalty.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad? All activities are carried out as normal throughout the year, regardless of rain or snow. If due to extreme conditions (for example, heavy snowfall) Montgarri Outdoor has to cancel the excursion, an alternative date or immediate refund of the payment made will be offered.
What happens if I or a companion falls ill on the day of the activity? If you fall ill on the day of the activity, you must present a medical certificate with which we will try to reschedule your activity or refund the amount paid in advance. If a minor falls ill, the cost of the activity for the minor and an accompanying adult will be refunded. In the case of groups, the person who is ill and their companion will be reimbursed; the rest of the group will carry out the activity as normal.
Data protection In accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations, GDPR and LOPDGDD, the personal data provided by the client will be processed under the responsibility of MONTGARRI OUTDOOR SL for a legitimate interest and for sending communications about our products and services, and will be kept as long as neither party objects to it and will not be transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation. You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, portability, deletion, limitation and opposition by sending a message to aranmushing@gmail.com and if you consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations, you can file a claim with the control authority at www.aepd.es.
